Excursion in the forest
A walk in the woods with your dog, an excursion with the family or a run along the exercise track - in the woods you can do most things, and it is loved by many. The forest is important to many, it provides a calm and the fresh air and peaceful nature can reduce the feeling of stress.
Regardless of whether it is hot or cold outside, it is always good to dress using layer-on-layer when going out into the woods. Then you can easily take layers off if it gets too hot, or put on more if you start to freeze. A pair of good hiking boots is also preferable if you are going out for a longer walk.

Tips on activities in the forest
- Nature bingo for children. Create a grid with 4x4 squares, with pictures of different things you can find in the forest. When the children have found the things in a whole row, they have got BINGO!
