Stay warm with layer-on-layer

When you move outdoors, whether it's snowy or just cold and rough, it's important that you have clothes to keep you warm.
One tip is to dress using the layer-on-layer method. This means that you dress with a warming base layer closest to your body. On top of the base layer, it is an advantage to dress with a cotton shirt or fleece jacket that warms. The outer layer can then, if it is cold outside, consist of warm winter clothes that protect against the cold, water and wind.
