What do I do if I regret my purchase or want to return the product?

How do I make a complaint?

Go to your nearest department store and take the product and purchase receipt with you. If you have difficulties visiting your department store with your complaint case, we recommend that you first contact the department store on phone 077-520 00 00 for an initial assessment. Have the item and purchase receipt ready.

If you have had your complaint application rejected but claim that the decision is incorrect, we refer you to file a case with the General Reclamation Board (www.arn.se) Box 174, 10123 Stockholm. The General Complaints Board or ARN makes independent decisions in, among other things, complaint cases. Biltema always participates in any disputes with ARN.

We reserve the right for possible errors in texts, images and for price changes. This applies to our website, catalog and in our advertising mailings and marketing materials. We have the right to correct such errors, change or update the information on the website and to continuously make product changes and improvements.
