Recall of Labyrinth puzzle, 45-9903

During an inspection of the Labyrinth puzzle 45-9903 it transpired that the moving heads can be broken off and become small parts, which is not allowed for toys intended for small children under the age of 3. There is a risk of small parts getting stuck in small children's throats.
