Conditions for competitions

The competition is organized by Biltema Sweden AB ("Biltema"). The competitions are in no way sponsored, promoted, administered by or affiliated with Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn. By participating in the competitions, you accept Biltema's competition rules, conditions and handling of personal data. Information about how we process personal data can be found in our privacy policy.

The Facebook profile/Instagram profile/LinkedIn profile used to participate in the competition must comply with the respective platform's community rules. Fake profiles are not allowed to participate. The participant must be a resident of Sweden and have reached the age of 18. We reserve the right to remove and report posts deemed illegal or otherwise ethically or morally objectionable.

If the competition means that you must submit a competition entry, by your participation you transfer the copyright for the entry to Biltema. This means that all your rights to the contribution cease and that Biltema has the right to use the contribution freely, without time limit and in any way within the framework of Biltema's normal operations, in accordance with Swedish law and good practice. The winner is chosen by a jury at Biltema based on the contribution.
The jury's decision cannot be appealed. By participating in the competition, you agree that your contribution may be published on our website and used in Biltema's marketing materials.

The winner will be announced on the same channel where the competition took place. The winner has 7 days to, via personal message, provide contact details and address in order to receive the prize. If the winner does not contact Biltema within 7 days, Biltema reserves the right to appoint a new winner. The prize will be sent within 30 days after Biltema receives the winner's contact details. The prize is personal and cannot be transferred to another person. The prize/prize cannot be redeemed for cash, other products, gift cards or equivalent prizes. Any winning tax is paid by the winner. Biltema Sweden AB's competition rules and conditions are governed by Swedish legislation.

We reserve the right for any changes to the competition conditions, printing errors, as well as for technical errors or malfunctions where the problem lies with a third party, for example Instagram.

Note! In the event of a win notification, we will never ask you for bank details or to click on a link, or contact you from any account other than our own. In the event of a win, we will ask you to send the following information to our e-mail address kundservice@biltema.com: Full name, e-mail address, telephone number and address to which the prize should be sent.
